I am travelling soon and cannot see a reservation number for my flight in “Your trips” in your my TravelBird account.
If you had not fully paid your full travel sum on October 31, 2018, it is possible that your trip will continue, but that you don’t see a reservation number for your flight in “Your Travel” in your TravelBird account. You will receive an e-mail from SGR or TUI Nederland to inform you that your journey will continue. It is also possible that you have already received an email about this issue.
If your journey continues and you haven’t received a request to pay the remains yet, SGR will contact you. After receiving your payment, your flight tickets will be provided to you by TUI Nederland or SGR.
If you have already paid the full payment on October 31, 2018, and you don’t see a reservation number for your flight in “Your travel account” in TravelBird, then your travel will not take place. You received an e-mail at the e-mail address provided to TravelBird with instructions on how to file a claim with SGR.
