What is the processing time of my claim?

The processing time of 4 to 6 weeks starts as soon as we receive your claim. Within this time limit we asses whether your claim has been fully and correctly submitted. If we find that data is missing or is incorrectly submitted, we will send you an email with a request to edit your online claim. In this case the processing time of 4 to 6 weeks will be applied again. If we find that your claim is fully and correctly submitted, we strive to pay your claim within 4-6 weeks.

In short;

Claim incomplete and incorrect – you will receive an email within the processing time of 4 to 6 weeks with the request to edit, to supplement and / or provide exhibits. After submitting, the processing time of 4 to 6 weeks will be applied again.
