Faillissement Conicom BV/Interfact Travel
Op 19 januari 2021 is Conicom BV, handelend onder Interfact Travel, failliet verklaard.
Klanten die een reis geboekt hebben bij Interfact Travel of een voucher met SGR-garantie hebben, ontvangen binnenkort een bericht van SGR. Op dit moment is SGR nog in afwachting van de klantgegevens en alle overige informatie.
In alle gevallen geldt dat wij dringend adviseren geen betalingen meer aan Interfact Travel te doen voor nog niet aangevangen reizen. Betalingen gedaan na 29 januari 2021 worden niet meer door SGR gegarandeerd.

On 19 January 2021 Conicom BV, trading under Interfact Travel, has been declared bankrupt.
Customers who booked a Interfact Travel trip will shortly receive a message from SGR with instructions on how to get a refund for prepaid travel costs or the compensation for the vouchers (with SGR garantuee) which were issued in response to the Corona crisis. At this moment SGR is waiting to receive all data and further information.
In all cases we urgently advise not to make any further payments to Interfact Travel, for trips that have not started yet. Payments after 29 January 2021 will not be guaranteed by SGR.
