Update: Faillissement Vacansoleil BV

Inmiddels heeft SGR alle klantgegevens ontvangen en hebben alle klanten van Vacansoleil BV een uitnodiging ontvangen om een claim in te dienen bij SGR. 
Heb je geen uitnodiging per e-mail ontvangen? Stuur dan een bericht naar sgr@sgr.nl onder vermelding van ‘Vacansoleil BV’.

Op 28 september 2023 is Vacansoleil BV, te Eindhoven failliet verklaard.
SGR gaat nu, in overleg met de aangestelde curatoren, alle benodigde informatie verzamelen die nodig is om klanten die bij of via Vacansoleil BV een reis hebben geboekt te helpen.
Zodra wij inzicht hebben in alle informatie, zullen wij de klanten van Vacansoleil BV individueel informeren. Wacht alstublieft geduldig af en houd onze website en onze social media in de gaten voor de laatste updates.
In alle gevallen geldt dat wij dringend adviseren geen betalingen meer aan Vacansoleil BV te doen voor nog niet aangevangen reizen, ook niet op uitdrukkelijk verzoek van de curator. Betalingen gedaan na 28 september 2023 worden niet meer door SGR gegarandeerd.

On September 28th, 2023, Vacansoleil BV based in Eindhoven has been declared bankrupt.
SGR will now, in consultation with the appointed curators, gather all necessary information required to assist customers who have booked a trip with or through Vacansoleil BV.
Once we have more insight into all the information, we will inform Vacansoleil BV customers individually. Please wait patiently and keep an eye on our website and our social media for the latest updates.
In all cases, we strongly advise against making any further payments to Vacansoleil BV for trips that have not yet commenced, even if explicitly requested by the curator. Payments made after September 28th, 2023 will no longer be guaranteed by SGR.
